"

I have plans of french armored cruiser from first world war - Leon Gambetta... but I don't know if it's deck was planked or metal... so do you maybe know if someone could know answer on that question?

Goran from Croatia.

"

Je pense que le plancher (planked) est la bonne réponse

vrai ou faux ?

A new nice picture of all(?) the world "flat decks" extant and scheduled. We can see that UK/French CVF/PA2 projects are included, spanish BPE, indian future carriers, japanese, korean and australian aircraft/helicopter carriers....even some names (ie: R92 Richelieu. pure speculative because there is no decision for the moment). But a very interesting view anyway! What do you think about?

Being asked by a fellow forum member about news regarding the Brazilian Navy, I decided to do some research on Brazilian forums. The biggest news regarding the Brazilian Navy is about a € 1.018 billion deal, yet to be approved by the Brazilian senate, for the purchase of a Type 214 submarine, as well as modernization of all 5 Type 209-1400 submarines the Brazilian Navy has.

The deal would also cover technology transfers, including the aquisition of know-how for the production of HY-100 steel, ...
