Buying Norwegian NSM was indeed maybe not the wisest thing to do but please keep in mind that SAAB (who was almost sure to win the tender) gave the price twice as high as Norwegians (420 mln zł vs 800 mln zł) so the outcome of the tender was quite easy to predict.
I do not believe that Poland could order 2 submarines in the near future. We do not have even around 250 mln € to finish GAWRON class corvette (the construction was halted due to lack of funds) so buying 2 new submarines (SCORPENE I think is around 450 mln €) is pure science fiction...
Though it is planned to retire all KOBBEN class submarines between 2013-2015. It was also planned to buy at least 2 new submarines (then we would have 3 subs) but it is unlikely to happen. As far as I know only 3 submarines are taken into consideration: French SCORPENE, German 214 and Swedish A-26.

PS. Though this topic is about Polish
Navy not the Air Force

I can say that we do have still 26 MIG-29A and 6 MIG-29UB. Of those 12 were bought in 1989 from Soviet Union (9+3), 10 in 1995 from Czech Republic (9+1) and 22 in 2004 from Luftwaffe (18+4) - indeed MIGs from Germany were bought for symbolic 1€ each

Already 2A + 2UB were given to museums and further 8A due to bad condition were also withdrawn from the service (all are of German origin). So currently we have 26A + 6UB available. It is planned to keep them in the service until 2025.
