Premier NFH-90 norvégien =
En ce qui concerne les hélicos SAR, la norvège va lancer un nouvel appel d'offres et ne va apriori pas exercer son option sur la commande originle de NFH-90







La norvége a commander 14 NFH-90 (6ASM et 6 pour les gardes cotes)

Leur camouflage est très classique mais surtout, j'aime bien leur cocarde. Pour leurs nouveaux helicos de sauvetage je ne serai pas etonné qu'ils commande des EH101

la "cocarde" à côté du mot Kystvakt(Garde Côtes)et la marque de la surveillance des pêches qui est internationnale

je ne parle pas de cela mon cher Bernard, je parle de la cocarde blanche liseré bleu avec le drapeau norvégien triangulaire

je viens de voir une sacré vidéo : une vedette classe Hauk qui tire une torpille contre la coque de l'ancienne corvette KMN Sleipner

Norway and Iceland to Launch Joint SAR Procurement (Source: Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police; issued Feb. 13, 2008) Norway has successfully operated a Search and Rescue Helicopter Service for more than 35 years. In the harsh and sometimes hostile climate with the rugged Norwegian topography and extensive outdoor activities inland, in addition to the fisheries and offshore industry, the SAR service has proven its value as a safety measure for society. The Sea King helicopters have been in service from the very beginning, and are now due for replacement. The planned replacement will take place by 2015. Norway is planning to acquire 10 – 12 new all weather search and rescue helicopters. Iceland is also looking for new helicopters due to the withdrawal of American support in 2006. Iceland has the same natural challenges as Norway with high demands on the search and rescue services. Iceland is planning to acquire 3 new all weather search and rescue helicopters. Based on this common requirement, Iceland and Norway have entered into an agreement to consider a joint procurement process. Both countries consider a multi-mission capability to be cost-effective for society. In certain situations, the rescue helicopters’ ability to operate in hostile weather makes them particularly well suited, or indeed the only option, for an air ambulance service. Therefore, the need for ambulance services will continue to be a fundamental requirement also in the future. Norway has established a project team, the NAWSARH project (the Project), which will run all the procedures for the whole acquisition. Iceland has joined the Project. In addition, there are high level liaison and coordination activities between Iceland and Norway. Based on the above, the Project seeks to establish contact with the market in order to ensure delivery of the best AWSARH helicopter when needed and at a favourable and competitive price. Norway and Iceland therefore have joined forces to launch this RFI. This Request for Information (RFI) forms the basis for information needed from the market.
